10.5 竞争力分析
N-Gage(r)网站的主要对手是微软的X-BOX和日本任天堂的Game Boy。因此，我们会想当然地认为它们是我们网站的竞争对手。其实，网站的竞争对手反而不是它们，而是诸多小网站，而且大多是网上销售手机、游戏机或者游戏的电子商场。
因此，我们知道，网下的对手不一定是网上的对手。网下的对手在市场占有率上对N-Gage(r)形成竞争，但是网上的对手则是在搜索排名上，也就是说在Google的搜索第一页上那些网站才是真正的对手。网下抢的是店面里面的顾客，而网上抢是寻找游戏机此类产品的、向搜索引擎询问产品信息的使用者。所以，我们做出的竞争力的分析是这样的：
